Since LFGuild makes extensive use of data from other websites, we thought it was only fair to make our data available for others to use too.

Anybody is free to use the data provided by our APIs as they wish, without restriction or attribution.

All we ask is that if you intend to use our data on high traffic sites is that you cache the data on your site rather than querying our database for each visitor. How often you update your cache is entirely up to you.

LFGuild provides easy access to guild recruitment information held in our database. All recruitment information is real time from our database while general information is updated every 24 hours from The Armoury.

To query our database, all you need to do is pass the guild ID to the URL below:
http://api.lfguild.com/guildinfo.php?guildid=<ID>

For example:
http://api.lfguild.com/guildinfo.php?guildid=111

For most information, an ID is provided with the text. The identifications used by LFGuild in most cases do not match those used by official WoW resources. In most cases you shouldn't need these IDs, but in the event that you do, please see the tables below.
