If you're unable to recover your username and/or password via the recovery methods provided here, please feel to contact us. Make sure you provide as much information as you possibly can about your account to aid us in the recovery process.


The site says my account hasn't been activated.

Every account is given a single login before email activation is required. Upon registering, an email will have been sent to your inbox containing an activation link. If you did not receive the email, you can request a resend by following the prompts at the login screen after a login attempt.

If you used an invalid email address and wish to access your account, please contact support and provide as much information about the account as you can remember.


My account has been banned. Why?

If your account has been banned then a reason should be displayed after a login attempt, along with the duration.

For minor breaches of the site rules, accounts will be given a single warning before further action is taken. Should further action be taken, the account will be given a temporary suspension of varying duration. Permanent bans are only issued to repeat offenders or those who have sought to disrupt normal site operations.
